The Lords of Ralligen 

Along Lake Thun, Switzerland

From at least the 1300s, Ralligen Castle was the home of generations of the Michel family whose heads held the noble title Lord of Ralligen. Frantz  Michel foresook the life of high Swiss nobility for his career rescuing persecuted Swiss Mennonites  including his wife Anna.
